Q. Why do my images still take so long to upload regardless of the quality selected?
A. When you upload a new image it gets uploaded to our servers. The quality that you choose is applied to the image that is seen after it is uploaded. You may change the quality at any time. To maximize the upload process and image size, you can resize the image on your computer before uploading.
Q. How can I upload full size images?
A. You can upload full size images by unchecking the resize button on the image upload page.
Q. How can I make my images upload faster?
A. You must first resize your images with an image editing program. If you need professional image resizing, cropping, or manipulation, please contact us with the amount of images and what you need done. We will respond with a quote and timeframe.
Q. How many folders can I have?
A. You can have an unlimited amount of folders with unlimited images within a folder. To keep your images as organized as possible try not to put to many images into one folder.
Q. How can I unsubscribe my account?
A. You can easily unsubscribe by going to Account/Preferences and clicking the unsubscribe button. Your account will be close and you will be taken to Paypal to cancel your subscription with us.
Q. Why are my images renamed?
A. If your filenames on your images are too long they will be shortened when uploading them. If and image already exists with the same filename, a random name will be created for your image.
Q. How can I get extra features?
A. If you have a free account, you will be limited to the features you can access. By purchasing one of our affordable plans, you will unlock more features. You may also win features through one of our contests we hold throughout the year. If you would like a specific feature, but do not want to pay for a full plan, contact us for a quote and what features you would like.
Q. What type of files can I host?
A. You can host JPG, GIF and PNG files. If you need support for other file types please contact us.
